All shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order total.
Production: 3-5 business days
Shipping: 5-7 business days (US)
Total delivery time is typically 8-12 business days from order placement.
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States, including:
- Continental United States
- Alaska and Hawaii
- US Territories (additional processing time may apply)
International shipping is not available at this time but is coming soon.
Every puzzle is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery:
- Professional-grade protective packaging
- Eco-friendly recyclable materials

- Reference poster for easier assembly
Once your puzzle completes production and ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to:
- Track your package's current location in real-time
- View estimated delivery date
- See delivery attempt notifications
- Arrange redelivery if needed
Please allow 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to update tracking information.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at service@pintu.diy with your order number and photos of any damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Delivery Delays
While rare, shipping delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Address Changes
Once your order ships, we cannot change the delivery address. Please double-check your shipping information during checkout. If you need to update your address before shipping, contact us as soon as possible.
