PuzzleAI provides an AI-powered platform for creating custom puzzles. Our services include AI image generation, puzzle customization, and product fulfillment. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring all information provided is accurate and current
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Intellectual Property and Content
Your Content: You retain ownership of any images you upload. By uploading content, you grant PuzzleAI a license to use, reproduce, and process your images solely for the purpose of creating your custom puzzle.
AI-Generated Content: Images generated by our AI tools are provided for your personal use in creating puzzles. You may not use AI-generated images for commercial purposes without explicit permission.
Copyright Compliance: You must have the right to use any images you upload. You may not upload copyrighted material, trademarks, or any content you don't have permission to use.
5. Orders and Payments
- All prices are in US Dollars and subject to change without notice
- Payment must be received before order processing begins
- We accept major credit cards and PayPal
- Orders are confirmed via email after successful payment
6. Custom Products and Returns
As all puzzles are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. We will replace or refund products that arrive damaged or defective. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
7. Shipping and Delivery
- Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
- Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier
- You must provide accurate shipping information; we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses

You may not use our service to:
- Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
